The request: Challenge for Youth Employment (CFYE) and Palladium sought our support to develop a methodology to measure impact on decent job creation of projects across 23 African and Middle East countries.
Activities: We developed a scalable methodology to analyze living wage and income gaps, to inform the level of job decency across 23 African and Middle Eastern countries. The methodology was piloted in Uganda, conducting living wage gap analyses for 24 companies to inform decent jobs created. Read more about it here.
