Step 2: Interview Round 1
The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better and meet you in person (If necessary, we can also conduct the interview over skype). Interviewing is crucial, but it’s not as intimidating as you might think. Take this opportunity to get to know NewForesight, ask questions, and above all be yourself.
Step 3: Interview Round 2
We believe the best way to assess your problem-solving skills is to discuss a real client scenario with you. This helps us understand how you would deal with tough, complex business challenges, identify important issues, deal with all the implications of facts and data, formulate conclusions and recommendations, and articulate your thoughts in a fast-moving discussion. Before this interview, we will send you our sample cases. This will help you become familiar with the format and you can test your problem-solving skills. We also explain some of the logic and thought processes behind the answers to help you practice.
Step 4: Contract offer
If you have successfully completed the above steps, and after careful consideration, we can offer you a contract and welcome you to our team! If you have been unsuccessful, we provide you with extensive feedback.

About the NewForesight team
Our consultants have degrees in: Fusion Physics, Anthropology, Complexity Science, and Climate Change Migration. Our team also has wide-ranging professional experience, as diverse as working in the gold mines of Tanzania to researching climate migration in the Maldives.
