Olivia is an Analyst in the Sustainable Sourcing and Value Chains team, working at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and impact. She brings a strong research background and analytical approach to her work and is particularly interested in systems change, socio-economic development, and the role of evaluation and learning in driving meaningful change in South Africa.
Before joining NewForesight, Olivia gained experience in sustainable finance, impact measurement and management, and monitoring and evaluation through roles at SLR Consulting and WORK 4 A LIVING. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Organisational Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Programme Evaluation from the University of Cape Town.
