About

With over a decade of experience in sustainability strategy and advisory, Andrea brings deep expertise in sustainable finance, policy design and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Before rejoining NewForesight as Principal Consultant, she held senior roles at Rabobank, KPMG Netherlands, and SLR Consulting, where she developed and implemented sustainability strategies that aligned with global regulations and drove impact across sectors such as finance, agriculture, and tourism.

Experience

  • Senior Sustainability Advisor at Rabobank, leading the revision and implementation of global sustainability policies across business units and functions.
  • Manager in the ESG/Sustainability team at KPMG Netherlands, developing sustainability strategies, impact studies, and sector policies for multinational and NGO clients.
  • Senior Sustainable Finance & Impact Consultant at SLR Consulting, supporting financial institutions and investors in integrating ESG standards and impact frameworks.
  • Senior Consultant at NewForesight, facilitating multi-stakeholder strategies for sustainable transformation in global agricultural sectors such as coffee and cocoa.

Andrea holds an MSc in Business Administration and Change Management from Tilburg University (TIAS School for Business and Society) and an Honours degree in Forensic Accounting from NWU Potchefstroom.
