Kristie brings a strong background in sustainability, food systems and scaling practical solutions that drive meaningful change. Before joining NewForesight, she spent over four years at Orbisk, a fast-growing food waste technology company, where she worked closely with businesses to turn sustainability ambitions into measurable results.

Her experience has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to move from ambition to action. From helping businesses recognise the scale of food waste through data to working with kitchen teams to embed new practices, Kristie has seen first-hand that lasting change requires more than good intentions. It means understanding the realities people face, challenging existing incentives and creating solutions that work in practice.

At NewForesight, Kristie brings this hands-on perspective to accelerating broader sustainability transitions. Combining her experience in scaling solutions with her knowledge of the food sector, she is passionate about bringing stakeholders on board, translating complex challenges into practical action and helping create the conditions for systemic change.
