Olivia is an Analyst in the Sustainable Sourcing and Value Chains team, working at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and impact. With a background in Organisational Psychology and Programme Evaluation, she brings a strong research and analytical approach to supporting projects that advance sustainable and inclusive value chains.

Before joining NewForesight, Olivia gained experience in sustainable finance and programme evaluation through roles at SLR Consulting and WORK 4 A LIVING International, where she worked on ESG-related projects and conducted programme evaluations using statistical analysis to assess social impact. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Organisational Psychology (Cum Laude) from the University of Cape Town and has a strong interest in systems change, socio-economic development, and the role of evaluation and learning in driving meaningful change in South Africa.
