Narita has a passion to drive successful collaborations between many stakeholders. She is motivated to connect different backgrounds from all over the world and always delivers most positive impact in every project she works on.
Her educational background and previous working experience in engineering and innovation management make her effective in translating strategic concepts into practical and actionable steps and priorities. Narita believes that harmony between economic growth, technological development and environmental and cultural preservation is possible if all stakeholders work in synergy; from global to local.
As an Analyst at NewForesight, Narita currently works on some of NewForesight’s key projects in South-East Asia. She works on a landscape approach to palm oil as well as developing a countrywide strategy to sustainable cocoa in Indonesia together with the Cocoa Sustainability Partnership (CSP). Narita’s Indonesian roots, deep understanding of value chain processes and skills to identify relevant social and environmental factors in making sustainability progress make her a valuable addition to each team. Narita also plays a leading role in organizing NewForesight’s impactful events such as the Young Agent of Change events to inspire young professionals to devote their career for positive and structural change.
Narita holds an MSc Science in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology.
