Maarten Tuinhof – Senior Consultant

Maarten is our Senior Consultant on the Organization Sector & Strategy domain. By combining expertise on transition theories with years of experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, Maarten plays a key role in ensuring our projects are set up for success in tackling tough sustainability challenges.

Before joining NewForesight, Maarten worked at Hays, an internationally leading company in outsourced recruitment solutions. As Senior Project Manager, he was in charge of implementing outsourced solutions for corporates, mainly in Food and Engineering. His natural curiosity and strong analytical skills enable him to ask the right questions and quickly get to the core of complex problems. Maarten was on-site at FrieslandCampina for two years, which might have sparked the decision to join NewForesight in 2022.

Maarten holds an MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology.
