He as over 20 years of experience in guiding sustainable market transformation, strategic planning, brand building, innovation, implementation and capability creation.
He has held management and leadership positions in fast moving consumer goods companies and non-governmental organisations. He has worked as an independent consultant and trusted advisor in transforming unsustainable supply chains and brand consultancy.
Most recently he was global fruit lead at the Rainforest Alliance charged with helping banana, fruit and juice supply chains on a path to improved sustainability.
His professional career started in 1996 in fast moving consumer goods marketing and innovation. He worked for United Biscuits, Sara Lee and Heinz in the UK, before switching careers to lead a home for handicapped children in Palestine and help build a social venture combining social and financial education for young children.
The combination of commercial and non-profit experience saw him well placed to develop his own company, Navigatio. It provided interim management and consultancy services to both types of organisations. During this period from 2008 till 2016 he was also a director at STUDIO ZEITGEIST, a change management consultancy company.
