We are based in the Netherlands (Utrecht) and we are looking for an

Office Assistant (6 months)  for 32 or 40 hours a week

Your responsibilities:

Assist and support the Office Manager with:

· Scheduling and organizing meetings and welcoming guests to the office

· Supporting the consultants with arranging travels. Flights, accommodation, and travel visa

· Optimizing internal functioning of the office, including catering

· Providing office and work spaces with IT supplies and be the contact person for IT (internal and with suppliers)

· Procuring equipment; evaluating products, service, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs

· Maintaining professional appearance of the office

· Maintaining of administrative procedures

· Maintaining a well-oiled collaboration with the Financial department

We are looking for someone :

· Who is fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken (other languages are a plus)

· who enjoys supporting internal client

· who is accountable

· with an ability to proactively pick up work

· with an affinity for IT

· who is not afraid of online tools and other digital solutions

· who is stress proof. Who stays calm if the printer is out of paper or the internet connection is lost

· with the ability to work accurately and independently on tasks

· who is not afraid to ask for help

· who is a creative team player

· who likes to suggest new ideas

· who has affinity with sustainability and social impact
