Oxfam Novib is working on a program named 'The right to sustainable livelihoods'. Part of this program is working with sustainable value chains in cooperation with the private sector to develop models for inclusive growth (ie. inclusion of smallholders, vulnerable farmers and minority groups) and sustainable livelihoods. For the cocoa sector the main focus countries are Vietnam and Indonesia. Currently an overall agenda is structured and consulted with other program participants.
