CEO Lucas Simons travels the globe for book presentations

Since the publication of his first book, Changing the Food Game, NewForesight CEO Lucas Simons has been travelling the globe in order to deliver presentations on the theories and the model of change that are elaborated on in the book.

Before the book went to the printers on November 10, Lucas was asked to talk at an exclusive in-house presentation at Unilever in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The end of November Lucas attended the Arab Environment 7 conference on the topic of food security in Amman, Jordan. He was a panellist in two sessions, offering his perspectives on the role that sustainable market transformation can play in enhancing food security.

In Washington D.C. in December, Lucas delivered a presentation at the Brown Bag Lunch meeting, held at IFC and organised for agriculture professionals. Lucas’ presentation also formed part of the Young Professional Event Series of the World Affairs Council. Also in the USA, Lucas participated in a small roundtable discussion at the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food and Agriculture.

Online, Lucas hosted a webinar on SAI Platform on the topic of igniting sustainable market transformations in the agriculture sector, attended by professionals in the food and beverage industry.
